My Approach to Workshops

One of the reasons I enjoy consulting is the learning opportunity it gives me. If you believe, as I do, that the only competitive edge any individual or organization has is its rate of learning, then developing a customized workshop for an organization is truly a learning engagement. It is both challenging and invigorating to tailor information to a specific audience. It requires listening, research, and organizing information around where the organization has been, where it currently is, and where it is going. So, workshops go beyond delivering information; they are designed to wrap themselves around the soul of an organization.

I have many examples of workshops that I have given, but these short descriptions that follow are only of general value when you take into  consideration that the true content changes dramatically as it is tailored for a particular audience.

When you only have a short exposure to an audience, it is imperative that every second is used wisely. It is always my goal to broaden a person's "thinking horizon" and to expand their possibilities.
